Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Responsibilities include: Assisting customers find appropriate bowling balls, getting their scoring systems set up, cleaning tables and making sure everyone is having a great time.
Café
Responsibilities include: Taking orders, collecting payment, cooking, cleaning and portioning
Desk
Assign bowlers their lanes, collect payment, respond to customer questions and make sure center is running well.
Sales Office.
